printing a banner to a large format as one page

[Poster lady]

Hi, i work with a canon W8200 large format printer, using Posterjet to print
the documents. Powerpoint etc causes no problem printing a custom size poster
i.e A Banner. But PUBLISHER is a nightmare. I cannot get it to print a banne
as ONE page. sometimes the customer has the page set as a poster or whole
page but even if they have it set as banner i cannot print a SINGLE page. Is
there something in the page setup that i am missing.

I hope you can help, or can this not be done.
