printing a banner

I have created a special document. It's 8 inches wide by
24 inches in length. I want to print it in a regular
printer, using 8.5 x 11 inch banner paper. However, when I
do that, there is always a margin added to the top and
bottomof the page. I just want the printing to be
continuous. Can anyone help me?

The margin is a limitation of your printer not Publisher.

Just trim the pages so there is no margin.
