I created a customized view of folder within the contacts folder which shows
only the names and email addresses. Onscreen, these appear as two columns,
with the email column to the right of the names column. However, when I
print this file, the names appear on one page, and the emails on a second.
Very inconvenient. Is there a way to get them to print on the same page?
