Printing a document from a PP presentation

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Processor: Power PC Is it possible to add a slide at the end of a PP presentation that you can print a document from? I have made a PP presentation that requires a sign off sheet to show the participants have completed it. I would like to incorporate the document into the presentation as the last slide. That way when reaching the last slide the person viewing the presentation can print off the document right from the presentation instead of having to close the presentation and open another file to print it out.

Without Apple Script (or a macro in versions that support VBA) you can't
make it a single automated process. However, you can select any shape,
image, text, etc. & use Slide Show> Action Settings, select the Hyperlink
option & pick 'Other file...' from the list. By hyperlinking to a Word
template, for example, clicking the hyperlink would open the new document in
Word which the user could then print.
