Printing a document from outline view

I have a user who wants to print a document in Outline view.

I can't see how to do this, has anybody got any suggestions

Print while in Outline View, and you should get exactly what you see--BUT,
do *not* go into Print Preview first or it will not work (bug).

Using the Print button on the Standard toolbar or File | Print (Ctrl+P).
