Printing a Gantt Chart with long time lines

Good Morning,

I have a Gantt that has two tasks that are very long. Does any know if it
is possible to have the Gantt chart condense the horizontal timelines for
those items when it prints?

It can condense them, but it will condense everything equally, so shorter
lines will become smaller too.
Go to "File/page setup" and set the "scaling" in "fit to ..."
Alternatively, you can choose the dates in the print dialog box.

Hi Dale

Try to compress your Timescale in Gantt Chart view itself. Then you would be
able to decide yourself howmuch should the schedule be compressed so that all
teh tasks are reasonable shown. Then view it in Print Preview and do further
adjustment if required.
