Printing a list of recipients from a mail merge list

I want to print out a list of recipients of a mail merge letter from the list
I have created on the recipients form in Word 2003. The was able to be done
in my earlier version of Word but cannot seem to do this now!

What was previously called a Catalog merge is now termed a Directory. That's
the sort of merge you need to produce a simple list.
