I have a compared and merged document. On the screen the document shows
deletions with a strikethrough. When I print, the deletions appear in the
margin rather than in the body of the document with the strikethrough. Is
there a way to print the document as it appears on the screen, i.e. with the
strikethroughs rather than in the margins as deletions?
