Printing a newsletter borderless

Hi, I've got a borderless printer, but i can't seem to
get MS Publisher to print borderless. All the other apps
on my PC will print borderless.

Every time I try to print borderless, I get the normal
minimum margin.

My printer is the HP 9650. Any help on this would be
greatly, greatly appreciated.

That is very strange.
Have you tried using a PDF file as an intermediary?
