Printing a newsletter in publisher- one double page at a time?

I am at wit's end in attempting to print my 4-page newsletter.
Not having a "duplex" printing option, I must print the *single* page 1&4
for the necessary number of copies, then insert these into the paper tray and
print the *single* page 2&3 on the other side. However, I cannot seem to do
this. No matter what combination of print command I use, it always wants to
print 1&4 *and* 2&3 pages. In other words, I don't seem to be able to
separate them for individual printing tasks. Any advice would be so greatly
appreciated! I'm under deadline!
Thanks,
Kris

File > Print > Pages 1 to 1 > OK > No.
File > Print > Pages 2 to 2 > OK > No.

(Telling Publisher No, when asked, means that you get 4 with 1 and 3
with 2.)

Ed, you have saved my bacon!
(I'll copy this tenfold and paste it above the (@#*&$#(*@ printer.)

Thank you a thousand times over!
I really thought I had tried every possible combination, but obviously
missed these. If you're ever in Alaska, come by for a thank you hug, and a
handshake from husband, who has been listening to me curse the printer all
day! ;-)
