Printing a report on one page and printing finished work.

Hello,
I am trying to make a database in Access that combines three different
reprots that I have to do at work. The one is done in Excel becuase they
want it all printed on one page no matter how much data is on it. I have the
database doing almost everything else I need it to do. One thing I can't
seem to figure out is how to format the one report. Is it possible to have
Access print a report 1 to 1 like you can in excel? Also another thing I
can't seem to figure out would be how to get Access to print any days work
that were finished during that day. Each day I have to hand write a reprot
and then give copies of the unfinished report to various people. Then when
the work gets turned into me that is needed to fill in the missing parts of
the report, I then finish the old days, and turn copies in to who needs tehm.
What I would like to do, is set up a query or macro of some kind that would
automatically print any reports that were finished on that day. I though
about putting a finished field into the table, but I can't think of a way to
get Access to check all records for a date, and if they are finished, then
print that date, and it not then go onto the next date. Please let me know
if anyone has any suggestions.

Thanks
Mike
