Printing a screen in access

In an Access Database how do I print the screen to hand out during a
presentation of the new system? Currently, when I go to print the page comes
up blank. It also comes up blank in "Print Preview".

Pressing the PrintScreen key on your keyboard captures the entire display on
the clipboard, which you can paste anywhere you need (word, powerpoint,
paint), and then print.

Pressing ALT+PrintScreen does the same thing, but only for the window that
has the focus, not the whole display.

Prnt Scrn will copy the entire screen, or Alt+Prnt Scrn will copy the active
window, to the clipboard. Then fire up your favourite graphics program and
paste from the clipboard. Alternatively, there are lots of screen capture
programs around, here's an URL where you can download some free ones ...
