Printing a template...

I am using OneNote to do homework for school and would like the lined paper
template to print as well, is this possible, is so, how?

Unfortunately not.
Graphical stuff of template is not printable.
Contrary to that images set as the background are printed.

So as a workaround you may use a scanned image of a paper with lines and
set that to the background.
