I'm using Windows.Print to print a table from an asp page.
(1) The size of the table cells needs to be accurate and experimentation
shows that 96 pixels on my display correspond to 1" on my printer. Is there
a programmatic way to read the scale factors involved so printing will work
from any display setting and on (almost) any printer?
(2) Windows.Print prints a line of stuff at the top and the bottom of the
page. I don't mind the line at the top but would like to suppress the line
at the bottom. (Setting the page size to legal for printing a standard page
works but the last line gets printed somewhere in the innards of the
printer.) Are there commands to modify what Windows.Print does? Also, it
would be nice to select paper size and set print margins via program.
Thanks for any hints or pointers.
