Printing an e-mail for review

I do a customer e-mail newsletter every month, and my boss has been
complaining that it is hard for him to proof read acurately on the screen. It
is usually around 30" in length. When I try to print it though it does not
make clean breaks between the pages and the vertical centering is messed up
as well. Is there anyway to insert page breaks (just for the purpose of
printing) without it effecting the e-mail document? I send the e-mail as a
JPEG image, but when I try to convert it to a PDF it has the same irregular
breaks. Not a huge deal, but I thought I would ask anyway, just to save a bit
of time.

Do you design the newsletter as a publication before converting to a .jpg? If
that is the case, print the publication to a PDF before the conversion.

I do, but it is laid out as an e-mail. The dimensions are approximately 6 by
33 or so inches. I was hoping for something along the lines of a page break
(or in particular section/printing break) feature, but I'm guessing that's
not an option. Printing to the PDF does get rid of all the extra space up top
though. Thanks!
