I wish to use Excel to maintain a list of approximately 600 items and t
generate a printout of this list. When printing, I would like it t
be culumnar and format itself to as few pages as possible. Each colum
does not need to be over 15 characters wide. I also need to be able t
sort alpha and add or detract from the list. I can do everything as
single colum or in double but must transpose everything to Word i
order to print as I desire. Am I asking the impossible. I would lik
to remain within one program if at all possible but will continue usin
both if necessary. Thanks for the assistance
