Printing at non standard papr size on different Access version

Hi,
I am using Access 2000 on my computer and most of my client are using
Acc2003 and some sill use Acc2000, and on invoice printing most of my
client using half size of letter size. The problem is when my client
print the invoice on their computer some of them can't print in half
size (so print in Letter size), even I have set the Server Properties
for new form in half of letter size. (use "Custom" a new form name as
same as "Custom" on my printer setting on my computer0.
Does anybody have similar experience? How to overcome this problem
without recompile in client computer? If using same version, no
problem on printing issue.
