can u suggest me the way printing at once from multiples files situated in
number of folders by linking data from master folder files of word.

The manner of phrasing the question is a bit confusing, but do you want
to print the entire file in the different folders, or just the selection
found in the master document?

Print multiple files by selecting them from the "Search for window" in
the operating system and then Right click and select Print.

Or for sections, you would need to insert them into the "master
document" to print.

Perhaps a better explanation of the desired end result would help
determine the method to use.

hi

i am working on the portal, from where we are updating & printing the
letter. Letter getting generated in word format, i am saving it in the
folder. and then taking printinouts of all files which have been saved in
that folder by selecting all files and clicking print option. After taking
printouts of all the files we have to dispatch that letter to that customer
by attaching some enclosurs. I waned to take printout of that enclosures
alongwith the letter by finding which enclosures is to be attached with that
letter as per the data of that letter. The enclosures files are saved in one
Different folder that we are attaching with that letter regularly if
required. Is there any command to take both printouts at once letter aswell
as enclosures.

That doesn't sound like anything that would be available in the Office
application suite. You may wish to look into scripting this project.
