Hey everyone.. We have about 25,000 machines that, for the moment, are
running Windows NT and Outlook 97. Lets say a user has an email with 5
attachments, they go to print, and check the box to print attachments, it'll
print out 5 normal attachments and take about 15 seconds to get all of them
into the print que.
Now, we are deploying XP and Outlook 2003 and if you do the same thing, it
can take up to 5 minutes to print the same thing. Plus, the system tends to
hang as well until the printing is done. We can duplicate this on any
system, printing to any brand of printer, using any mail with attachments.
Anyone seen this issue?
