Rob_L.
Going to try this again as it had an error my last post.. dang..
Anyways, we have a ton of systems that are running (for a few months more)
Windows NT and Outlook 97. Lets say a user gets an email with 5 attachments
in it. if the user wants to print the email and the attachments, they'll go
to print, and make sure the box is checked to print attached files. WIth 5
normal sized documents, it'll take 15-30 seconds to complete.
Now, on Windows XP and Outlook 2003, the same steps can take up to 5
minutes. This can be duplicated on any users mailbox, printer, etc.
Anyone else seen this issue? trying to resolve this issue before the mass
deployment of XP/03.
Thanks!
Rob
