Printing banners

Mary Ann

I am using Pub 2002 to print a "Welcome" banner from the templates. When I check Print Preview and also when I just ask it to print, the border does not show up. Everything else comes out fine - just no border. I get a dialog box that says something about changing the resolution in the printer properties (using HP 4600 Color Laserjet) but I am unable to find what it is talking about.

Mary Ann, how close is your border to the edge of the banner? And what
is the thickness of your border?

Resolution shouldn't have anything to do with the border not printing.

You will need a minimum of an 8mm border area that is non-printable.
Make sure your border is inside the 8mm margin area required by your
printer.
