You cannot do it with (easily) Word. It may be possible with Publisher.
I suppose in Word you could insert multiple copies of the picture and
selectively crop the images. However as most printers have an unprintable
area around the edges of the sheets, you are going to have to do some
trimming when pasting the picture back together again.
