I am trying to print my calendar and it only prints my day in black & white. When I put in an event/meeting I select my status as "out of office" or "tentative" or "busy" but these aren't showing up (like they used to on Office Outlook). I know the page can print color because the "mini month calendar" at the top of the page has color in it.

I am trying to print my calendar and it only prints my day in black &

Entourage does not use colors to indicate free/busy/tentative nor
out-of-office when printing. Unfortunately, it does not indicate this on
any print-out.

You can assign colored categories to events and these will print in color.

Hope this helps!
