Printing calendar pages on HP Color LaserJet 4550

I am trying to print my Outlook pages on the subject
printer, two sided. I keep getting it to work, except the
default is "flip pages up". This ends up with calendar
pages where every other one is upside down. I've tried
changing the "flip pages up" option to "off", but it won't
take. Any ideas?
