Printing Calendar

When I print the calendar in Outlook 2002 I get a Monday
thru Sunday view. I want to print a weekly calendar view
with Sunday through Saturday, I would also like this to
be my week view but it is Monday through Sunday as well.
Any suggestions on how I can get this to work as a Sunday
through Saturday view???? Thanks!

Outlook always squishes Saturday and Sunday together in the weekly view,
unfortunately.
