Printing Calendar's in entourage 2008

[Tones]

For some reason when I try to print a calendar in entourage 2008 I can't ...

1. Nothing shows up in the "quick preview" area
2. nothing happens when any normal printer is chosen.
3. When I choose the output as PDF in the Mac printer dialog box, entourage crashes and quits.

Any help?

Can you show me a screenshot of your print dialog with your calendar? Also
can you try to print a "preview" (click the "preview" button besides the
"pdf" button)? If you can have anything there, please save it and send to me
([email protected]).
If Entourage crashes, please send me the crash log.
