Printing Certificate

I have designed a Report for Printing Certificates on a Predesigned Format.
The problem is that while the first certificate prints in the correct places,
the second certificate prints incorrectly, that is it does not line up with
the Preset Certificate. It actually moves up in the page and can be noticed
even in print preview.
Is there a way to prevent this?

Change your form height. You might have to use trial and error until it comes out
OK.
