Printing Circles that appear as Ovals

M

Marcus

I'm using MS Excel 200.

I have an output document that requires circular images.

ALthough the settings in the Format Picture option show the image as a circle in Normal View, when I do Print Preview or Print the output, it appears squashed as an oval rather than a circle.

Does anyone now what I can do - other than playing with the Format Picture settings to manufacture the output to be a circle upon printing.

Cheers
