Printing Color-Coded Appointments (Calendar Printing Assistant)

F

F4RIO

Is there any way (as was the case with Outlook 2003) to print a monthly
calendar using Printing Assistant (and Outlook 2007) such that the
appointments are color-coded (catagory assignments) as they are displayed
onscreen in Outlook?

Thanks,

Eric

No; different colors are reserved for different calendars - so you could
copy the colored items different folders before printing but that is
somewhat of a PITA.

I have a HP 7210 all-in-one printer and it does print out the colors, every
color you use. The 7210 prints, scans, copies and ia a fax machine.

Are you using the Calendar printing assistant? It assigns a color to a
calendar, not color categories.

Outlook 2007 can only print color category colors on some printers - I know
HP's are a problem - HP blames Outlook security. It think its HP drivers and
the shade of the colors.
