printing columns side by side

without changing my data?

When I try to use the scaling function it only adjusts hieght not pages
wide.
Can it do it or am I using it not correctly?

You can't get columns to arrange side by side by adjusting the PageSetup settings.
A commercial alternative is the "Side by Side" Excel add-in from yours truly.
