Printing Contacts in Alphabetical Order with each Letter on a new Page

Hi-- In Outlook, contacts, I've been trying to print a medium booklet style list with each section starting on a new page. I've selected the proper button but I still keep getting the "B" page starting on the same page as some of the "A" listings. I think I've made the proper selection but don't seem to be getting the right results.
