Printing custom slides - please help!

I have customised the slide size to 21 x 14.8cm (A5 Landscape) and although the slide looks perfect on screen, as soon as I print it, the printed version has moved the slide approx 4 cm to the left of the page which means that it is running off the left hand side. I have no idea why it is doing this and it is driving me bonkers! I'm sure it's something really stupid but the printer prints on A5 fine in any other program

Can anybody help
