You may be trying to print past your printer's margin capability.

driver for their printer.

I'm researching the same problem.
Just came across it today while working on a new customer's system. This one is interesting.
I've verified the format & margins set up. I don't believe this is the problem. I've even installed the newest version of the printer driver. Problem still persists.
Have you had any sucess in correcting this problem??

Is the Footer on top of the last line? Is the printer driver the latest
from the manufacturers site, not Windows update? What printer model and
driver type PCL or PS? What application and version may help with the
answer too.
