Printing difficulties

I've been experiences some problems with my printers and MS Office. I have
Windows vista and Office 2003. I'm using a printer from my network, which I
have set up in my printer folder without problems. After I've set it up,
printing a spreadsheet in excel is not a problem, but if I turn the computer
off and then back on, open a spreadsheet and try printing; it tells me that
there are no printers available and the printing window is blank. So I have
to go back to the printers folder set it up again and it works. How can I
fix this problem???

That sounds like a operating system issue. If the Operating system can't
find or see the printer, there isn't much that an application can do
about it, Office suite or otherwise. Am not familiar with Vista, so I
can't suggest anything except post to the Vista group.
