Printing doc with graphic results in no graphic-any ideas please?

If this is Word 2003 or earlier, do you have "Drawing objects" checked on
the Print tab of Tools | Options?

If it's Word 2007, the relevant setting is Office Button | Word Options |
Display: "Printing options": "Print drawings created in Word."

thanks for reply-have checked thsi but still wont print doc with smartart in
it-any other thoughts?
