Printing double-sided from Word

I can't seem to print double sided from Word. I have set the option both
within the document and on the printer but when I try the double sided
instruction screen freezes and won't print until I close Word completely and
restart the print spooler. I have tried reinstalling Word but this has not
made any difference. Any suggestions?

Hi,
I will suggest to remove and reinstall the printer drivers (downloading and
using the latest drivers will be advised).

There is a very easy way around that particular problem (I have neve
attempted to mechanically print double sided, maybe i'm just no
smart enough :nod: ). Tell the printer in the Print dialouge t
print only one page. Then take the page that prints and stick i
back into the printer again and print the next page. This will no
help much if you are printing a lot of pages, but it has alway
worked for me
