Printing emails in Outlook 2003

My apologies if this has come up before

I have a workmate who cannot print any of his emails from outlook 2003. He
can print them from his desktop if save there and can print any other files
on his machine but not emails

Any ideas??

No not as of yet, unfortunately I have been away from the office dealing
other issues and have not really had the time to look in to the problem any
further.
