Printing envelopes

Hi all,
We are not having any luck reproducing this issue in-house. I'm working on trying to duplicate the problem using the exact printers mentioned above, but that will take a bit of time. It might help to get a problematic document. Feel free to e-mail me one at (e-mail address removed) (remove "ONLINE").

Also send along any other details that you think might point to the origin of the problem. I'm more than willing to work with one or more of you individually offline to get this resolved.

Hi Kenneth,

You are aware that Word has a preference to print or not print "drawing
objects"? Text boxes are drawing objects. Is this really an
intermittent bug, or might this preference have become unchecked and you
didn't realize it was there and that it mattered?

I have been chasing this bug in Word 2004/OS 10.4.11; That is, envelopes stopped printing at all. Print preview was blank. Turns out that checking (include) "drawing objects" in print preferences did the trick. Hope this helps someone else.
