Printing envelopes

I just installed Office 2004 on an Intel iMac. When trying to print
envelopes (to an HP Laserjet 1012) only the addressee prints in very
large font size and high on the envelope. The return address does not
even show. However, the print preview shows the envelope as it should
look.
Any advice?

Hi Ken -

Have you also applied the Office 11.5 update? Have you checked the HP site
for an updated printer driver? How about OS X - what version? Updated?

Once all is updated run the repair disk permissions utility, restart your
Mac & see if the problem persists.
