Printing error - HELP!!! ssgw5.dll

Hi there,

When i use office 2003 i cant print to my network printer.
If i use a mailing label i can print ok. But when i print
a normal document, excel sheet etc.. i get a popup window
saying microsft needs to close. The error signiture is:

AppName: winword.exe AppVer: 11.0.5604.0
ModName: ssgw5.dll

Any ideas?

For starters, use Windows Search to look for ssgw5.dll. When you find it,
right-click and choose Properties. If the Properties dialog has a Version
tab, this will usually give you some clue as to what application installed
it (most likely the printer, but you never know), which will give you
guidance as to what you might need to update or reinstall.
