Hi,
I print to network printers. I can print from all programs except emails within Outlook. Sometimes incoming emails will print, sometimes they don't. Sent emails never print. I do not ever receive an error message, there is simply no response after hitting the "print" button, or "ok" from the print menu dialog box. The items don't show up in the printer's queue.
Other Outlook items print. Other programs print normally. No other users on the network have this problem. I've tried rebooting the server and the client computer. I reinstalled Outlook. I used the detect and repair item in Outlook. All to no avail.
What in the world can I do to fix this???
