Greetings,

I have an Excel workbook with multiple sheets.

When printing, either using the Mac's PDF or Adobe PDF printer, when I select whole workbook, it will show the number of pages, say 100. However, after the printout, I only see few pages.

How to fix it?

That's a limitation of the PDF generators that are being used -- The content
of each sheet is being output as a separate PDF file. You can use
Preview.app to combine them into a single PDF.

Launch Preview & open the file then expand the Drawer. Bring a Finder window
to the front & navigate to where the other PDFs are located. Drag each into
the Drawer in the order you want them to be in the final PDF, then save with
whatever name you want it to have,

The only PDF app I know of that will do the multiple sheets as a single PDF
straightaway is Acrobat 9.
