Printing folded booklet

Word 2007 - followed instructions on printing folded booklet. All worked
except the printing part. Will only print one page (that is, it prints one
half of one landscape page). This is an 8 page document. I had this same
problem when trying to use a book fold template a while back. Have tried two
different printers.

The paper size must be set to the size of the SHEET, not the page after
folding. For example, if you're printing on 8.5 x 11 which will be folded to
5.5 x 8.5, the paper size in the Page Setup dialog must be: Width 11", Height
8.5", and the orientation must be Landscape.
