Printing Formatted Cells

I have conditional format on a cell to format with say Fill Red ... It
displays OK on the screen but doesn't appear when printed?

I'm sure it'll be something obvious!

Is your print setting for color, or B&W?
Long shot, but I'm not sure of any other reason why what-you-see is not
what-you-get.
