We have a Microsoft Access Application that runs in Access 2000/2002. About
30 days ago we developed an issue where we are not able to print to certain
Ricoh type printers from Windows 2000 Pro SP4 workstations. For example we
have an 11" x 17" document that will print our correctly from 50% of the
PC's, the other half it will not duplex properly, even though the print
settings are set to duplex? Our printer vendor claims that the problem is
not with their printer and that it is the application or the Operating
System. Any ideas? Or has anyone had similar problems? Thank you!
