Printing from Outlook, text is blurry. How do I correct?

We have just switched over to using Microsoft Outlook 2003 Professional
Edition. When some of our users print an email message, the text comes out
blurry. When they print from all other applications, it is clear. The
correct printer is listed in the print properties for Outlook and the correct
driver is installed. How do I correct this problem? I haven't found
anything on Knowledgebase or TechNet.
