Printing from .ppt to .pdf notes problem.

I'm currently using MS Powerpoint 2003 and when I print notes pages to a PDF
file some pages will not show the notes, whereas others are fine.

(using Primo PDF)

Edit:

The text is apparently there as I can highlight where the text should be,
but it won't turn up in a visible format.
