Printing from Word to PDF File

Rachael

I have a Word document that has images in it and when I print to colour the
images come out perfect.

However when I PDF the document on the screen the pictures have gone a
little blurry and when I print it through PDF they come out blurry.

How do I change the PDF settings so that the images are perfectly clear in
PDF?

Hello,
I will try to explain, why that's happen. In Word the pictures are in the
quality in which they are, whereas when printing to PDF, they *might* be
compressed either by loss or lossless compression in order to save the
document size. Wheteher the compression and which takes place depends where
how and where you create the PDF.

You can experiement with your setting to see which will give you better
result, or others might give their tips here, but we need to know more -how
(in which SW you do prepare the PDF - file>preint> save as PDF? Or do you
use Adobe Acrobat? In which SW do you preview the prepared PDF?)
