Printing from word08

On a macbook using word 08, when I try to print a document (either to PDF or printer), if there are changes in page orientation (portrait / landscape) or margins, word treats each new setting as a different document. How can I get the whole document printed as one?

Hi DMCI -

This is quite common - Many printers & nearly all PDF generators interpret
Word's Section Breaks as End of Document markers. This is particularly true
in the case of Next Page Section Breaks or sections where the Page
Orientation and/or margins differ from the other sections. [I won't debate
who might be at fault :)]

Although there isn't much you can do to prevent it there is an
after-the-fact solution. Check around (VersionTracker.com is a good source)
for one of the PDF generator apps out there that can "stitch" multiple PDF
files. I believe Preview.app in Leopard can handle it, but I'm not at a
Leopard system to verify, and a couple highly rated (and FREE) ones are:

Combine PDFs 3.0
PDF Lab
JoinPDF
PDFMergeX

Or you can combine PDFs with Acrobat 8 if you have it [not sure about 7.x].
