Printing full bleed without white borders

That's between you and your printer driver.

Word sets the document margin in Format>Document to whatever you specify.

When you Print, it hands over to the Mac OS printing subsystem.

The printing subsystem queries the printer driver, and warns you if it
thinks your impression is outside the printer's printable area.

If your printer can do full bleed (very few can...) that will appear as an
option in the File>Print dialog when you print.

For other printers, you may have to lie about what size paper you have in
the printer in order to get the impression to go out to the edges. Set the
paper size to "Custom" and then you can specify over-size paper.

Hope this helps

How can I print a 8 1/2 x 11 document as full bleed? I keep getting a white
border.
